Die Lage zur Stadt war gut, fußläufig erreichbar. Helle, moderne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet.
Bei der Küchenausstattung ist noch Luft nach oben.

Das Apartment ist modern und komfortabel. Es hat eine tolle Größe und ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist ruhig gelegen. Fussläufig ist ein Supermarkt, so dass man sich auch ohne Probleme versorgen kann. Es ist nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß vom Botanischen Garten entfernt, in dem man toll spazieren gehen kann.

Die Wohnung ist sehr neu. Bad und Küche sehr modern.
Die Ausstattung ist auf das Mindestmaß beschränkt. Es fehlen wichtige Dinge in der Küche( Eierbecher, Pfanne, Schüssel, Sieben z.B) Die einzige Beleuchtung im Wohnraum ist eine grelle Deckenleuchte. Es fehlt einfach an den netten Dingen...Bilder, vielleicht Vorhänge oder.ä.
