Superb

Impressively organised, clean & well equipped specially the kitchenette. Wifi was also excellent.

Although the location is near the sea side in a quite neighborhood with a nice grocery market few minutes away, but passengers with heavy luggages should expect to walk for about 10 minutes from the nearest bus station to reach the appartment & there is no lift for upper level.

Very spacious, meticulously clean apartment. The price is fair.

Bedsheets and towels had to be paid extra or taken with you. Cleaning extra. The apartment is not completely easy to reach by public transportation.

Ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt im Apartmenthaus Eldena

Das Apartmenthaus Eldena liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend und ist super zu erreichen. Ich durfte 4 Nächte in dem Apartment "Eldena" verbringen. Der check-In war unkompliziert über einen Tür Code und Schlüsselkasten. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, sehr schön hell und modern eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Ausgestattet war es mit allem was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super nett und freundlich. Der Hafen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Auch die umliegenden Orte sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Ich kann das Apartmenthaus sehr weiterempfehlen und würde mich wieder dafür entscheiden.

Gut gelegen, um die größeren Städte, sowie Usedom und Rügen zu erreichen, für einen Tagesausflug. Service rum ums Buchen und Fragen stellen war sehr gut.

In der Ausstattung stand, dass ein Fön vorhanden ist, war leider nicht so. Vielleicht hat ihn ein Vorgast versehentlich eingepackt..

Ein echter Geheimtipp in Greifswald!

Das Appartementhaus Eldena liegt traumhaft – direkt an der wildromantischen Klosterruine Eldena und nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Ryck-Mündung und den charmanten Restaurants an der Wiecker Klappbrücke entfernt. Ich habe im Appartement Wiek übernachtet, das hell, geräumig und mit einem stilvollen Wohn-Arbeitsbereich ausgestattet ist. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Bad top gepflegt und auch das WLAN lief stabil – selbst für mehrere Videokonferenzen. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Besonders schön fand ich den persönlichen Kontakt mit Herrn Surmann, dem Vermieter, der sich wirklich darum bemüht, dass man sich als Gast rundum wohlfühlt. Wenn ich wieder geschäftlich oder privat in Greifswald bin, komme ich sehr gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Wenn man sich nicht auskennt ist es ein kleines Abenteuer, das Appartmenthaus zu finden - zumal, wenn man von der Hainstrasse 13 aus kommt - ein schön restauriertes Appartmernthaus, welches ebenfalls sehr einladend daher kommt.

Wir würden die Unterkunft gerne wieder besuchen und empfehlen diese auch für längere Aufenthalte.

Die Wohnung „Wieck“ hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfühlt. Die seperate und barrierefreie Eigangstür war für uns perfekt, da eine Person mit Geheinschränkung dabei war. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hat sich immer sehr schnell um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Wir haben die Wohnung größtenteils sauber vorgefunden, alle Geräte waren einwandfrei und das W-LAN war sehr gut. An- und Abreise gingen schnell und unkompliziert.
