About this house rental
Located in the popular surf community of Ditch Plains. Walking distance from the best surfing and beach Montauk has to offer. Also less than 1/4 mile from the Lake Montauk access. There is a great cliffside hiking/running trail within walking distance as well!
There are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, plus an enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Aside from the bedrooms, the house has a wide open floor plan, and a 14x28 ft. back deck. There’s a BBQ, beach chairs, and umbrella available for our guest to use, as well as a bike rack so you can come and go with ease!
The house boasts marble and concrete counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, CAC, wood floors and ceramic tile throughout. The house also has cable TV and Wi-Fi so our guest can stay connected to the “real world” (if they find the urge).

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and had the best time! The house was even better than what was pictured online. It was spacious, had everything we needed, and is located in a perfect spot! Everything we needed or wanted to do was only a short walk or drive away. We can’t wait to come back to Montauk again!

The house was perfect for our group of 8 people- family and friends- ranging in age from 30s - 50s. Host was easy to communicate with and the check in and check out process was seamless. Highly recommend.

A group of my friends and I rented this house while attending a wedding in Montauk and couldn't have asked for anything better. The house was beautiful and had everything that was needed. The house was brand new and the setup was perfect for entertaining. The location of the house was also great because of it's proximity to the beach and town. This house is by far the nicest house I've ever rented in Montauk and would recommend it to anybody.
