This retreat is located on the first floor, ocean side just steps away from the ocean front. Stroll along the beach and shorelines soaking up the sunshine for the ultimate relaxing vacation! Spend unforgettable mornings and evenings lounging on the covered front patio – taking in the warm breezes and the scent of the sweet salty air.
Luxury amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, stove with convection oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee pot. Free WiFi, Cable & Smart TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. Private washer & dryer, A/C, private parking space. Bedrooms offer a King bed in the primary suite, Queen bed in the spare bedroom – Brand new Queen sleeper sofa in the Living area (sleeps 6). Private balcony with brand new outdoor furniture.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo is in a great location only steps from the beach. We appreciated the large front porch with included beach gear. Will definitely consider this condo again in the future.

The condo was nicely renovated in a quiet area close to the beach. The beds were comfy and and clean. There is no central AC but the window units worked well ( although a bit loud). Kitchen could be better stocked as there were no knives, dustpan, and very little pots and Tupperware. Overall it was a good stay.

It is an excellently neat apartment with a warm Atlantic theme. We are glad you allowed us to share your space. It checked all the boxes for us, from parking to being in proximity to the beach.

We loved our little place we stayed at so much we would love to buy it! Very comfortable very well decorated! Only thing I would change would be the tv in the bedroom not very user friendly and if your aren’t smart about smart TVs was very hard to use
