Desirable and cozy ocean front condo at the Waikiki on 142nd street in North Ocean City. This two bedroom, two bath condo, located in the Hawaiian Village complex, is an ideal spot for you and your family to have a splendid vacation. Featuring a beautiful balcony with a great view of the ocean and easily accessible from the living area. The condo has just what you need including a comfortable living area with TV and wifi, a fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Accommodating up to six guests, the 1st bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has two single bed and the living area has a queen sleep sofa. Hawaiian Village boasts both an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub and an outside shower. Please note** Please note** The hot tub is and will be closed until repairs are completed. The indoor pool will shut down 10/26 for repairs.. The building is close to many restaurants both in North Ocean City and Fenwick Island (which is also great for shopping); Northside Park is only 12 blocks away. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents Saturday-Saturday.

This property was in a great location and conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. The place was nice and clean and offered a great beach view to watch the sunsets every morning!

Condo itself is nice, if dated and showing some wear and tear. The balcony is right above the entrance to the parking area.The issues come from the booking process, which is handled by Central Reservations. To check in or out you need to go to their office to transfer physical keys. With that being down at 62nd Street, it's quite a detour from the property. Linens are not included, and even if you purchase the optional linen package you still have to unpack the sheets and make the beds yourself.Also worth noting the internet (DSL - who knew you could even still get that?) is essentially nonfunctional.
