About this hotel
Private lakeside log cabin with main floor bedroom (king bed) and upper loft with king bed and two single beds. Fully equipped for a family of 6 to stay comfortably with full kitchen, dining area, outside propane fire pit, BBQ, patio tables and two covered porch areas.
The log cabin is located at the edge of the property directly facing the lake. There is a playground, swim beach, swim dock and boat launch for kayaks, water toys. We do not supply any water craft or toys yet please bring your own to enjoy.
The woods surrounding g the resort have beautiful gently walking trails and have wildlife including g a resident bear and Elk. This area of Cowichan is surrounded by wilderness to respect and enjoy.
We are 10 min from Lake Cowichan town Center, an easy cycle or drive. You can enjoy the great restaurants and shops as well as grocery shopping. There is a free boat launch to Lake Cowichan or float the Cowichan River.
This family friendly resort is privately owned so speed limit of 10 km/hr, quiet time from 10pm to 9am, parking in designated parking area all expected to be followed. As this is an owner RV resort the log cabin is a unique asset that allows guests to come enjoy this private space and interact with other owners.

This cabin was absolute heaven. It's my new favorite place to be. The cabin itself is comfortable and homey with amazing views. It comfortably fit our family of five. My kids enjoyed the toys, books, puzzles, games, and DVDs. The lake is so incredibly beautiful. We loved kayaking on it. We were usually the only people on the lake, and it felt completely private. It was so lovely to sit on the porch and read while enjoying the lake and the watching the birds and chipmunks.

It is a beautiful location on a stunning private lake. The lake was larger than I pictured and was like glass for paddle boarding. The kids had fun swimming and catching little fish. The house had comfortable beds and was clean and had all the amenities. Was enjoyable and would come again for sure! Just minutes away from Lake Cowichan town. Highly recommend!

Our family had some wonderful days at this beautiful log cabin at Beaver Lake! We loved the spacious and welcoming house, the view of the lake, daily swimming and paddle boarding and immersion in nature. We would love to come back soon!
