Air conditioning is great. We had room #3. Was smaller than other units. Mini fridge, micro wave etc. House rules is not to eat in bedrooms. But room 3 is a bedroom with kitchenet. So we made due

I had a bit of an issue with the ac/heat unit. I called Alisha/Matt and they were able to assist me over the phone (a couple of times). I was grateful for their prompt response considering it was after hours. They were gracious and patient with me..
