Wir haben das Vierbettappartment bekommen. Dieses ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig. Es besteht aus 2 großen Zimmern und einem Bad, sowie Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Sogar eine Flasche Wein gehörte dazu. Die Lage ist für Syrakus City sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentrumsnah. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen.
Beim Anmieten muss man genau aufpassen, welches der verschiedenen Appartements man mietet. Bei uns gab es eine Verwechslung, möglicherweise ein Fehler von check24. Der Vermieter reagierte aber sehr freundlich und flexibel. Auch muss man aufpassen ob die Touristensteuer im Preis begriffen ist, was bei uns der Fall war. Schematisch wurd sie noch einmal eingefordert.

Big, spacious, two terraces, sea view. You could create a nice breeze in the apartment—no need for air conditioning during our stay. Private parking behind a gate (one spot at the end).
Low/angled ceiling in the bedroom, you can easily hit your head. A bit far from the old town, about a 40 minute walk.

L'accoglienza del Signor Maurizio, gli spazi grandi, luminosi e puliti. Non mancava nulla, casa comoda e ben attrezzata.
