Close to Pompeii and walking distance from the train station, yet far enough away to keep the noise to a minimum. Right next door to a bar and other restaurants. Even has a shared little kitchenette just outside the room, if needed.
Unfortunately, had to reach out to get the key and lock information after arriving, instead of having it ahead of time. Makes it a bit difficult if you don't have Internet on your phone, so plan ahead.

Breakfast was good, room was clear, air conditioning was effective.
All soap-holders were empty. When we arrived it took about 40 minutes to get the keys although we arrived at late afternoon and sent our arrival time in advance.

The location is very convenient, near the train station, bus stops and off course main entrance of Pompeii. It is very close to the train line and although you could hear the train passing by, we slept quite well, with the windows closed. There is a communal kitchen and a little outdoor terrace. We were allowed to store our luggage there before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient for us. The owner was very responsive and friendly on whatsapp messages.
The bed was not so comfortable, the pillow was very flat. The room and kitchen could have been cleaner (main surfaces were clean though) and was quite dark. I would recommend to fill up the soap and shampoo bottles and to not leave them empty. There is a small fridge, and a water kettle in the room and two cups, but no coffee or tea. The cupboards were a bit messy inside, filled with some dirty blankets and pillows and other equipment. With a few small efforts, this could be a nicer experience for guests.

The host was very flexible and friendly. The room was big, accurate to pictures and the location amazing to visit Pompei!
The room had a smell of humidity, mainly in the closet, the water pressure in the shower was too low and the room had some dust, in general was clean but the dust under the bed and in between surfaces showed that even though the room was clean it wasn’t in detailed.
