Seguro El Sol - 2 bed sunkissed property with pool and tennis court

Goede locatie vlakbij een zandstrand (in de regio zijn daar niet veel van). In het appartement was alles wat we nodig hadden. Heel handig waren de strandstoelen die we mochten gebruiken.

Wat minder handig is de vrij kleine boiler, maar voor ons geen groot probleem.

El piso es perfecto, super cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. Kata es muy agradable y amable, todo muy limpio y bonito. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la playa y de lugares de ocio. Por supuesto volveremos. Lo recomiendo 100%.

No tener terraza personal

- close to the beach - walkable - comfortable mattress - washing machine (including washing gel) provided - coffee machine (Nescafe) available - beach towels provided - pool (including baby pool), unfortunately both of them were "freezing" (17-18 degrees) in the winter; not exactly fun to use - beautiful view from the solarium - baby bed provided, though then there was even less space in the apartment - pleasant staff/communication - allowed a late check-out - shower and bathtub

- walls are paper thin so that anyone staying in the middle bedroom or living room can hear all the noises in the hallway or from the neighbors (main reason for the relatively low rating) - too small for 4 people; probably better for 2-3 people - middle bedroom doesn't have a window, only a hole above the door so that you have light in the living room, if you turn the light on - bed frames only make the tiny bedrooms more difficult to navigate (hit my knee on the edge of it a couple of times) - not for street parking situation; we always managed to find something, but the street is one way and first time we ended up having to park relatively far with all the baggage, unfortunate considering there's a half empty garage below the building - pool and solarium only open at 10am (too late to enjoy the sunrise) - one of the doors had a really loud handle - no view from the apartment - not enough hot water to fill up the bathtub
