The standout is the enormous deck with unobstructed views of the sea and La Gomera — truly beautiful, and perfect for a family gathering or group that just wants to relax and enjoy the scenery. The outdoor grill and oven are a nice touch for entertaining. Overall the place was clean.

With so many stellar reviews we had high expectations, and while there were genuine highlights, a few things fell short for the price point as some maintenance is overdue: the shower head mount is broken (it fell and hit me — this really needs fixing immediately), the deck's glass panels are cracked and frosted, while a large size fridge, the freezer door requires serious effort to open, and the bed squeaks. The kitchen is new but needs small touches — a sharp knife, proper dish cloths, scissors — to match the presentation. Getting there was an adventure: our GPS takes you to the wrong side of the highway, so get the exact coordinates in advance (Google's fault, not the owner!). We also arrived to find the lockbox code had changed — thankfully the owner was reachable and responded quickly, which we appreciated. A simple welcome guide covering the gate fob, WiFi, and directions would make arrival much smoother. Speaking of WiFi — there were connectivity issues on arrival but the owner came in person to resolve it promptly. A few things beyond the owner's control: roosters begin their performance around 2am (earplugs recommended for light sleepers), and there is active construction nearby. If you plan to stay in and enjoy the view, this works but not for easy beach access at same or lower price point.

Wow.. what a wonderful place to stay!! The apartment has a sliding gate so we could park in our own space and shut the world outside. We pulled in to our own little piece of paradise. Overlooking the sea, directly in line with the sunset, a view of Playa San Juan in the foreground…banana plantation below us.. no bugs.. no mozzies.. an outdoor kitchen and a huge indoor kitchen, a gorgeous comfy bed, sun loungers, outdoor dining, sofa, tvs and the hot tub!! We wish we’d booked more than 2 nights!! Donkeys & cockerels on the farm too…it was absolutely perfect..

En soit le lieu en lui même est agréable, il y a des ânes et on est entourés de bananiers.

J’ai réservé ici pour le jaccuzi on s’en doute bien. Surprise, il était à moitié cassé, chose que le propriétaire avait omis de préciser. C’est un jaccuzi 4 places, la moitié des buses où sort l’eau ne fonctionne pas et celles qui fonctionnent n’ont plus le jet assez fort donc ce fut plus un bain avec de petites bulles que un jaccuzi. Lorsqu’on explique la situation au propriétaire, au début il s’étonne et nous envoi sa femme de ménage.. pourquoi ? On ne sait pas. Elle a bien sûr constater que ça ne marchait pas mais après plus rien. Elle est partie et le propriétaire n’a pas chercher à trouver une solution à part nous dire qu’il a envoyé un mail au réparateur … et après ? Rien, aucune excuse, aucune compensation, aucune solution. Il a juste pris son argent et il était content. Voilà la réalité de la chose. Il nous a dit qu’on pouvait annuler la réservation tout en sachant qu’il a mis l’option non annulable/non remboursable dans son contrat donc là aussi il se moque de nous. Bref si vous aussi vous voulez réserver pour le jaccuzi et bien un conseil cherchez ailleurs !
