Ideal for proximity to dubrovnik airport....nice views of the sea from the complex.

Great location close to dubrovnik airport.....good breakfast options...lovely sea views from restaurant...free parking places. We had the buffet dinner at the restaurant too which was very convenient.

I will not return

The pool and the access to the beach. The view from my room was also nice. The breakfast was not amazing but it’s not as bad as some of other reviews. I do see some packaged items (sealed jam, butter etc) are being replaced back to the basket or container, but I don’t think it’s super inappropriate as hygiene concern is low. All the staff work at the property were friendly.

We arrived after 6pm on the first night, and soon found out that the toilet was not working properly. The issue was reported to the front desk right away. We left the facility so the technician would have time and space to fix the issue. We came back after 10pm, and the issue was still not fixed. Temporary solution was provided eventually after reporting the issue to the front desk again and waited in the room for the technician to come. All the staff were being nice but the process and the incident were not pleasant. The bed makes loud noise from little movement. The towels were smelly to me. I had to use my own disposable ones instead. On the second night, the guests above us were loud. There were sounds from moving furniture after 10:30pm at night and loud step noises before 7am in the morning.

Good view and pool but very dated rooms and awful, inedible food.

Staff need to clear the towels off sun lounges because people "reserve them" all day with a towel. The included breakfast was inedible. The "kitchenette" only had a small coffee pot for one cup of water. No milk, no tea, no pans, I don't even know why they bother advertising a kitchenette. They want to charge 20 Euro each for the scraps left in the buffet that were like prison food. We walked for other food but all other guests also were out looking for food and with no restaurants nearby we went hungry. The beds and room reminded me of being on a school excursion in a dormitory. Most of the fixtures inn the room were broken.

Breakfast need to be reorganised. Having a queue of 9 people for a coffee is bad. Buy another coffee machine and move it away from food

Gorgeous, quiet location. Perfect spot for relaxation.

This was in a brilliant location with gorgeous views and two lovely beaches which did not get too busy. The pool was a big salt water pool with plenty of sun beds and a great view. The bistro and pool bar did good pizzas and a selection of other foods and both had a good selection of drinks. We stayed in the superior room which was a great size with handy kitchenette too. Rooms were slightly dated but really clean (cleaned daily) and comfortable. A/C in the room worked really well. Balcony was big with a table for meals/drinks looking out to the sea and greenery on the resort- really lovely! Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a water taxi which stopped a couple times a day just near the resort to take you to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The Konoba King restaurant just up the road from the resort was great- food was cooked fresh and the staff were lovely. Must visit! On the resort there was a singer who performed each night by the bistro so was lovely for dinner and a drink if you did not want to venture out.

The breakfast at the taverna was basic and was the same daily. There are a lot of steps and hills in the resort which did not affect us as we were lucky with the location of our room but can imagine it would be a pain for those staying in other rooms. The walk to the main road/bus is up a very big hill so in the height of summer it is not an easy walk! We got uber/bolt to most places and this was very easy to do from the hotel and not too pricey. No card payments in the bistro and pool bar is slightly inconvenient (there is an ATM on site). Entertainment could be varied slightly.

A quiet, good, value for money hotel with good water-taxi links to Dubrovnik.

Great swimming pool and bar as well as the Bistro.

Breakfast was good but let down by the size of the self-service area which gave us the feeling being crowded. Also the lack of payment by card at the bar and Bistro. The number of stairs both inside and out that you had to carry your luggage up and down.

It used to be great in the past

The beaches and the size of the room. It seems like this place was amazing 15 years ago, but now it really need some love and a lot of renovation, but it has a lot of potential

The food was TERRIBLE ..... I could not eat breakfast, eggs tasted like old grease. I am one of those guys that eat pretty much anything and I was not able to eat anything at breakfast, I tried but it was awful.

Wonderful place but owner needs to invest in renovation.

Surrounding was amazing.

No elevator, non-working telephone, no Internet in the room, breakfast place was almost 10 minutes walk from the building and last, but not least no see you hello. The poor guy at reception was very nice and helped bringing my disabled wife on wheelchair . We literally lifted wheelchair with her and climbed over 16 stairs. I feel we deserve a refund. Does anyone agree?

the gentleman at reception was very friendly unfortunately I don't remember his name

door handle to the balcony broken beyond repair that day (I stayed one night), mold in the kitchen, some hair in the bathroom when we arrived, very old and damaged furniture. The apartment door barely closed. Pool spacious but dirty, at night it was possible to see all the dust and without any type of cleaning. Breakfast if you can call it breakfast, it's very bad, the worst coffee I've ever had in my life, dry pastries probably from the day before, and the most serious/dangerous refrigeration area(milks, yoghurts etc.) doesn't work, which in terms of haccp is totally unacceptable , products left for hours in a hot room without any refrigeration, I just took a piece of bread and left

Just a few hours flat in the sunny Plat!

I travel a lot through Europe and spend the night in the most diverse locations. This trip to Dubrovnik had a pleasant surprise in store. When I arrived at Apart Hotel Plat I found myself in a kind of holiday resort. A nice location with a pool bar (cash only), incl. a beautiful view over the sea and the many islands, a bar / restaurant with live music, and a cozy breakfast location. The service was fine and the room/apartment was spacious with a good bathroom, clean and plenty of towels, and a well-functioning air conditioner. The bonus was a balcony with great views of the sunset. A great holiday destination for families with children. For me a nice experience richer, thank you! Ronald van der Meijden

Exceptional

The location was great. The check in was smooth. Plenty of parking space and good breakfast. All the bar and restaurant services were affordable and plenty of activities to do. The musician by the bar was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The mini kitchen was very helpful and helped us to make dinner when the restaurants were closed. We bought instant noodles from lidl nearby for late night dinner.

There could have been 2 things to add for an even more beautiful stay. A kettle and some tea and coffee in the rooms would have been amazing. And a provision of an iron box on request would have been great. But otherwise it was great. The air conditioning also needs a little bit of service as it gets really hot in summer. But overall an amazing experience.

Beautiful and quiet little town next to Dubrovnik with a perfect Infinity pool and many beaches to relax. Easy to get nearest cities by boat taxi or by bus. Large room with big balcony! Breakfast was versatile and tasty.The hotels minimarket was good and the elderly lady was very friendly, blessings to her!

The rooms were little outdated and moldy. Clothesline in the balcony would make easier to dry laundry and beach towels. The restaurante next to the he reception was disapointment,the portions were small and were too expensive,didn't taste good.

Budjet holiday with many facilities

The place was excellent for a few days stay. A lot of activities and things to do. All the necessary facilities were near and at the hotel surraunds.

If you are on a budjet holiday in Croatia then this is your place. Rooms were outdated and simple. We were also suprised that the pool water was salty. The hotel needs an update and renovation. Still we get the spent nice holiday there.

The location is lovely, the pool excellent and the staff friendly. The apartments were very roomy.

The food was awful, cold and expensive for what was on offer, felt like there was one price for Croatians and a very different price if you were English. Unlike the majority of the Balkans they aren’t really biker friendly/savvy.
