Great location close to dubrovnik airport.....good breakfast options...lovely sea views from restaurant...free parking places. We had the buffet dinner at the restaurant too which was very convenient.

Great spot. Nice and clean and reception staff very friendly and responsive.
Breakfast need to be reorganised. Having a queue of 9 people for a coffee is bad. Buy another coffee machine and move it away from food

This was in a brilliant location with gorgeous views and two lovely beaches which did not get too busy. The pool was a big salt water pool with plenty of sun beds and a great view. The bistro and pool bar did good pizzas and a selection of other foods and both had a good selection of drinks. We stayed in the superior room which was a great size with handy kitchenette too. Rooms were slightly dated but really clean (cleaned daily) and comfortable. A/C in the room worked really well. Balcony was big with a table for meals/drinks looking out to the sea and greenery on the resort- really lovely! Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a water taxi which stopped a couple times a day just near the resort to take you to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The Konoba King restaurant just up the road from the resort was great- food was cooked fresh and the staff were lovely. Must visit! On the resort there was a singer who performed each night by the bistro so was lovely for dinner and a drink if you did not want to venture out.
The breakfast at the taverna was basic and was the same daily. There are a lot of steps and hills in the resort which did not affect us as we were lucky with the location of our room but can imagine it would be a pain for those staying in other rooms. The walk to the main road/bus is up a very big hill so in the height of summer it is not an easy walk! We got uber/bolt to most places and this was very easy to do from the hotel and not too pricey. No card payments in the bistro and pool bar is slightly inconvenient (there is an ATM on site). Entertainment could be varied slightly.

The pool and the access to the beach.
The view from my room was also nice.
The breakfast was not amazing but it’s not as bad as some of other reviews. I do see some packaged items (sealed jam, butter etc) are being replaced back to the basket or container, but I don’t think it’s super inappropriate as hygiene concern is low.
All the staff work at the property were friendly.
We arrived after 6pm on the first night, and soon found out that the toilet was not working properly. The issue was reported to the front desk right away. We left the facility so the technician would have time and space to fix the issue. We came back after 10pm, and the issue was still not fixed. Temporary solution was provided eventually after reporting the issue to the front desk again and waited in the room for the technician to come. All the staff were being nice but the process and the incident were not pleasant.
The bed makes loud noise from little movement.
The towels were smelly to me. I had to use my own disposable ones instead.
On the second night, the guests above us were loud. There were sounds from moving furniture after 10:30pm at night and loud step noises before 7am in the morning.
