Casa KIA - Pet Friendly

The accommodation was actually nicer than in the photos. We really appreciated the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed, including small kitchen appliances. The house is located in a spacious, well-maintained garden, we felt very comfortable there. Communication with the hosts was very good from the start, and we liked how household waste disposal was handled at the end of our stay. The accommodation is close to a beautiful beach, in a pine forest, which makes it even more atmospheric.

1 Hygiene. Even the white adjustable slats of the louvre doors were dust-free, despite the fact that it was windy and dusty outside due to the dry weather. Everything in the kitchen was spotless, as were the bedrooms and bathroom; there wasn't a speck of dust to be seen. 2 The bed in the master bedroom, good mattresses and comfortable pillows. 3 Spacious garden surrounding the house. 4 The terraces, in front of and behind the house and on the roof. It is a semi-detached house, so if the neighbours are eating at the same time, you have less privacy. 5 Private parking space for the car 30 meters away. 6 Insect screens everywhere. 7 Communication with the owners. They 7 The beach is within walking distance, a 5-minute walk. The beach is large and therefore not crowded at the beach entrance closest to the house. There are several beach clubs nearby. 8 Supermarkets and various shops nearby, about 6 minutes by car. 9 The owners recently had a 250-litre water tank installed. If there is a temporary water shortage in the municipality, this house will still have a supply. 10 The owners have arranged for someone to collect the rubbish from the gate at the house on the day of departure, as the rubbish collection service is not entirely reliable when it comes to collection. 11 Good starting point for visiting: Castelsardo, 18 min Sassari, 35 min Alghero, 1h 5 min.

The second bedroom had a sofa bed. This was not initially mentioned on the website. After I pointed this out, the text was quickly amended. Good response from the owners. Our children, aged 10 and 16, slept here, but it would not be comfortable for an adult. After all, it is still a sofa bed with a very soft mattress.

Lage war super gewesen. Haus und Einrichtung waren sehr ansprechend.

Müllentsorgung sollte kein Thema für den Mieter des Hauses sein!

Super nice new(!) house (as seen in the pictures) with new and well functional equipment, washing machine, dishwasher, three ACs, good showers (indoors and outdoors - good pressure, temperature, does not leak), well equipped kitchen. Nice and fresh garden, good garden furniture. Nice calm surroundings, and a super long (11km!) beach (at 4 min through pineta) which really allows you to get that deserted island feeling (recommend early walks along the beach). Restaurants and shops not far (but also not too close), nice local vegetables shop (L'ortolano) a short walk away. We hope to come back again and again.

The beach can be a bit windy at times; then good to enjoy a day-trip to Castelsardo, Alghero, etc.
