Lokalizacja jest bardzo dużym plusem. Dobre wyposażenie apartamentu w sprzęt kuchenny. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym.
Czystość fatalna. Moje 16 miesięczne dziecko po czworakowaniu miało czarne stopy i kolana. Sofa chyba nigdy nie była prana, plamy zakryte kocem, ponadto po rozłożeniu kurz i brud znajdował się na jej bocznych częściach. Pod prysznicem dużo czarnego grzyba. Kluczyk do bramy wjazdowej nie działał.
