Hostdomus - Aqua Suite

The property was near the metro station Principi d'Acaja. The building is wonderful. The apartment is at basement, but is spacious. It was easy to walk or to take a tram or a bus to go to whatever part of the city. The city has beautiful museums, churches, parks, restaurants, squares.

The relation with the host of the property was difficult. We arrived at the property at 4 pm and they sent to us the code for the box just after a telephone call, almost a hour later. When we asked some questions they do not answer in time. The little gate from the street can not be opened easily because it was hot weather. To enter in was necessary to hit the gate. To go out was more difficult, we must ask some person from outside, who passed by, to take the key and open the gate from outside to inside. We do not have access to the large gate.

Appartamento molto carino, silenzioso ed accogliente. Proprio di fronte alla fermata della metro di corso Francia.

Sinceramente mi é piaciuto molto, proprio a voler essere pignolo la seconda camera da letto un po' stretta e lunga, ma veramente a voler cercare il pelo nell'uovo

Greeted at the property by the very friendly and pleasant Eleanor who patiently awaited our late arrival. Property is very spacious for two people. Location right next to metro is great. Short 15minute walk from Porta Susa main station. City centre is walkable, and trams and buses are close by. Appartment is in a gated mansion house, with beautiful shared entrance hall and glass lift.

Property has little natural light as it is a basement flat.

impersonale l'accoglienza fatta tutta tramite whatsup o con consegna e ritiro delle chiavi direttamente da un lucchetto al di fuori della proprietà quindi check in e check out fai da te. Le due camere aggiunte (Se così si possono definire) sono dei ripostigli senza aria e non so neppure se hanno l'abitabilità per essere considerate camera. Quella più in fondo, tra l'altro, confina con qualcun'altro (o forse dietro la porta tagliafuoco c'è un garage) e a mezzanotte e mezza qualcuno si è messo a fare baccano spostando roba. All'arrivo non era stato avviato il riscaldamento e una volta conferito con l'assistente via whatsup mi è stato risposto che la proprietà gestiste il riscaldamento che poi è partito ma non si è più fermato (Andava sia di giorno che di notte a pieno regime con un caldo che diventava insopportabile). Segnalato questo problema nessuno ha fatto nulla per rimediare/ reimpostare la temperatura. Ho chiesto che venisse sistemato lo scarico del lavandino nella camera matrimoniale e mi è stato risposto che avrebbero avvisato un tecnico il quale non è mai venuto. L'imposta di soggiorno mi è stata fatta pagare anche per la bambina di 10 anni quando si inizia a pagare da 12 anni in su. Peccato che certe strutture vengano gestite solo per fare soldi senza un minimo di assistenza e contatto umano. Viva il progresso... Personalmente gestisco una struttura turistica e quando un ospite mi chiede qualcosa o ha bisogno io - o chi per me - c'è sempre.
