The outdoor living spaces are truly magnificent, featuring multiple lounging areas and a fully equipped kitchen with a grill and dining space for 6. This modern and spacious living area boasts a state-of-the-art chef's kitchen, equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and appliances. The stylish sectional couch can comfortably accommodate all guests, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and socializing.
The villa's four bedrooms are designed to provide the ultimate luxury experience. The two principal bedrooms feature king-sized beds and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing guests to wake up to breathtaking views. This house is great! If you’re worried the view won’t live up to the pictures—don’t be. It’s absolutely incredible, and somehow it gets better the longer you’re there. The house is for sale, so the owner may not be investing in updates at the moment, but honestly, you won’t care.Yes, it could use a little love in spots—maybe a hinge tightened or a door adjusted—but nothing major. The outdoor space and the view more than make up for any small interior issues. And even those are barely worth mentioning.The bathrooms are beautiful, the glass is clean and plentiful, and the kitchen is huge—plenty of space for all types of cooks. We had everything we needed to make great meals and ended up cooking five out of seven nights.The home sits at the top of the mountain, around 350' above sea level, and offers a stunning 300-degree view. The pool is perfect, and the outdoor kitchen is dialed in. My family of 10 stayed here for a week and loved every minute.

The view of this home is unmatched. The pool, while heavily clorinated, is also wonderful. But the home is very obviously a full time rental and with that comes some issues. The back bedroom didn’t have hot water, and the tub was not operational as there were pieces of the drain mechanism that needed to be reassembled and reinstalled. None of the TVs were connected to WiFi so we couldn’t use them, the WiFi itself was spotty at best. Every knife in the home was missing a tip and were dull to the point that we used a pocket knife all week. The chairs by the pool have seen better years. Honestly, the view made up for all of this, but I’d love to see the owner invest a bit more in the everyday items that make it feel more like home.

Location to Playa Hermosa was great! The view was absolutely breathtaking! Rooms were great size, the property is well taken care of and the pool is just as beautiful as it in pics. The road leading to the property is a little steep, but not bad. Nice gated community. Home next door being built, but construction noise wasn’t an issue.

The house was stunning and so much light and amazing views. It was a vacation day without ever leaving the property. The house, the staff at Krain, the beauty of CR, and the friendly locals made this a trip to remember and we'll be back.
