Highly recommend. Easy check in with gated entrance. Ground floor, clean condo with easy/short walk to an uncrowded area of the beach near St Andrews State park and pier. Appreciated having the beach service/chairs included.

We have had the best experience booking through Nautical Properties. This makes our 3rd time booking here. Our condo is well kept up & clean. We could not ask for better customer service!

Mattresses desperately need to be replaced. Dryer sensors need to be checked as dryer turned of after a couple of minutes. Sliding door needs new rollers. Fix these things and we will happily stay here again.
