Guests are asked to do many housekeeping tasks

Bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable.

I think we as leisure guests are asked to do too much. We are asked to empty all rubbish bins, remove the bedsheets, fold the blankets, bring all wine bottles to the city recycling point, empty the dishwasher…while I respect that you can set house rules, these should be clearly mentioned on booking.com. The washing machine is outside of the property and shared amongst other guests. I think this also needs to be specified.

Good stay in February but would be warmer (and therefore more comfortable) in Summer.

Comfortable bed, good location, nice kitchen, modern decor, warm shower, friendly staff, easy key collection.

It was very cold despite us having both heaters on full.

Schönes Gite für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wunderschönes Appartement mit separatem Eingang, sehr gut aufgeteilt, hell und sauber. Küchenzeile bestens ausgestattet, relativ neu und gut gepflegt. Vor dem Haus großzügige Grünanlage mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie Liegestühlen. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Eingang zur Anlage. Zu Fuß ist man in gut fünf Minuten am Hafen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das französische Bett ist für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

La région est très belle, à découvrir

Il a fait très froid pendant le séjour : les radiateurs sont inefficaces (grilles pain), nous avons eu froid dans l'appartement. La literie est mauvaise et dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'alèse au matelas ni de sous housse aux oreillers, c'est pour cela que je note mal cette résidence : ce sont des petits équipements qui prouvent une hygiène de base.

Gîte très confortable, bien équipé et très propre. Très cosy pour 2 personnes. Environnement calme donc tout à fait adapté pour se reposer. Nous recommandons !

Quand tous les gites sont occupés, le parking peut être insuffisant. Dans la salle de bain, un petit meuble ou des étagères pour poser les affaires de toilette serait bienvenu. Le fait que toutes les boites à clefs aient un code commun peut prêter à confusion

We hebben een leuke week gehad.

De locatie was goed, redelijk dicht bij het centrum van Cancale. De sleutels lagen in een kluisje waar we voor aankomst de code van kregen. Er was dus geen noodzaak voor de host om zich bekend te maken.

Een handdoeken set pp en één theedoek is karig. Gelukkig had ik zelf theedoeken meegenomen. Het bed was typisch frans (te klein) voor twee grote mensen, maar dat weten we als we in Frankrijk vakantie houden. De Wifi-verbinding kwam pas na 2 dagen tot stand. Te zwakke verbinding voor het aantal gebruikers?
