A lovely, well kept and fully equipped house in a lovely setting. We really appreciated the little garden and ate outside every evening. The house is really home from home. The stairs are very steep so not suitable for elderly or with limited mobility.

It was a very pleasant stay. The location is spatious, nice and quiet, just as described. The kitchen and the whole house were equiped with all you could imagine to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The only thing that should have been mentioned are the stairs that lead to the roomes on the first floor which could be a problem for elder or handicaped people. Otherwise we can only warmly recommend this accomodation.

très bien située à quelques centaines de mètres du marché et surtout du bord de mer pour déguster les fameuses huitres de Cancale. Dans une rue calme avec un champ sur le côté pour sortir le chien. Super marché pas très loin ainsi que la boulangerie. Dans la propriété il y avait tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Bretonisches Reihenhaus das innen sehr gut modernisiert wurde. Es ist wirklich so wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, nur die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist etwas steil. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Der Innenhof ist sehr gemütlich. Trotz des leider schlechten Wetters hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Bereich von Cancale; der Innenstadtbereich mit Geschäften und Restaurants und der Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt für Menschen die Ruhe suchen. Die Fotos der Anzeige entsprechen in allen Punkten der Realität. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und im Garten kann man herrliche Austern- und Meerestier Essen genießen. Für Ausflüge ins Umland stehen gute Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Im Obergeschoss des Hauses befinden sich die geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Ebenfalls im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Bad mit Dusche und eine separate Toilette. Das gesamte Haus und der Garten sind in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Wir hatten in Cancale einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank Monsieur Roulin (Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à Cancale. Encore une fois, un grand merci à M. Roulin.)

Très bon séjour dans cette maison agréable, bien placée. Tout y est, l’endroit est bien calme mais proche de tout, tout est faisable à pied, et sa petite terrasse convient tout à fait. C’est chouette de pouvoir aller au resto à pied et également faire le marché le dimanche matin en laissant la voiture sur place. Contact avec le propriétaire très bien, n’hésitez pas!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location ou rien ne manque. Un très bon accueil nous a été fait par les propriétaires dans un endroit très propre. J'ai pu apprécier le déplacement à vélo équipé d'un panier (idéal pour faire ses courses). Un parking en face de la maison permet de se garer sans problème. Bref rien à redire.

C'est une maison dans laquelle nous logerons à nouveau avec plaisir, idéalement située, agréable à vivre, on y trouve tout le confort nécessaire avec des petits plus qui font toute la différence. Nous recommandons cette adresse à tous les amoureux de Cancale et à ceux qui voudraient découvrir la région.

Séjour rendu extrêmement agréable par un temps magnifique, mais pas que ! L'accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, tout d'abord, que nous remercions pour le soin tout particulier accordé à cette location. Idéalement situé, dans une rue calme, à 10' à pied du centre de Cancale et guère plus du port, cet endroit permet l'accès facile à tout ce qui est nécessaire. La petite maison est idéalement agencée, fonctionnelle et dispose de TOUT le confort, voire même davantage ! Les nombreux commentaires très positifs disaient donc la vérité, et la contrepartie est qu'il nous faudra penser réserver longtemps à l'avance la prochaine fois !! A recommander sans modération.
