This house has just been completely renovated,
I wanted to find in this house the colors of the bay, So I called Ms. Mugler the painting company "les malouinieres" in St Malo,
The result is perfect, the whole immerses us in a universe of serenity, calm, relaxing,

Nice but compact house in a good location. Parking isnt on site but it is easy to find nearby. We were charged 30 extra for sheets and towels even though it said included in the advert and they were in a well used condition. Housekeeping optional? Not sure what that meant. The oven is a combination microwave not full oven and only a 2 ring induction hob is provided and that needs replacing as cracked. Not what we are used to but we managed. Overall it would suit a couple I would say rather than a family.

Very convenient location

The unit is on 3 floors; kitchen and toilet on ground level, living room (couch can be converted into a bed) and shower on the second level and a large bedroom on the 3rd level. Parking is available on the street. We were able to walk to the grocery store and to the restaurants. Our host was very pleasant.

Das kleine Fischerhaus ist für mich ideal für zwei Personen, aber auch mit vier Personen machbar. Wir haben alles was man benötigt vorgefunden und alles ist wie beschrieben gewesen. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch die Nachbarin war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Die erwähnte Baustelle (deren Außenausbau bis Ende 2022 beendet sein sollte) störte uns weniger, da wir tagsüber stets unterwegs waren. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort den Urlaub verbringen. Google-Translate: La petite maison de pêcheur est pour moi idéale pour deux personnes, mais aussi faisable avec quatre personnes. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin et tout était comme décrit. Les clés ont été remises par le voisin sans aucun problème et très amicalement. Le chantier précité (dont l'extérieur devrait être achevé d'ici fin 2022) nous a moins gênés car nous étions toujours en vadrouille dans la journée. Dans l'ensemble, nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et nous y reviendrions à tout moment.

Das Häuschen ist klein und sauber, ich konnte aus der Beschreibung nicht ersehen, dass man 2 „Leitern“ vom Schlafzimmer zur Toilette überwinden muss, und der Freisitz ist leider ein hoch gemauerter runder Platz von ca 3 m Durchmesser ohne jede Aussicht, Luftzug oder Sonne . 4 Tage waren ok, länger auf keinen Fall.

Objekt für 2 Personen oK, für mehr Personen fehlt der Platz für die Unterbringung der Kleidung, es ist kein Schrank, sondern nur eine Kommode vorhanden. Neben dem Anwesen ist eine GROSSBAUSTELLE, die Arbeiten beginnen täglich pünktlich um 8 Uhr und der Kranführer liebt seine Hupe mit der er ganztägig von 8-18 Uhr arbeitet. Die Vermieterin auf die Großbaustelle hingewiesen, lapidare Antwort: in ganz Cancale wird ständig gebaut, überall sind Baustellen und ich soll die Sonne genießen. Die Baustelle wurde bewusst in der Annonce verschwiegen und die Antwort der Vermieterin war mehr als respektlos. Für die nächsten 2 Jahre kann ich das Objekt niemanden, der nicht auf der Baustelle leben möchte, empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à cancale dans cette petite maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La location est propre et il y’a tout ce qu’il faut ! La petite terrasse est vraiment agréable et la propriétaire très gentille et arrangeante. Je recommande !

Bei Ankunft war der Schlüssel zu dem Objekt in der Nachbarschaft deponiert. Hunde sind willkommen. Das Objekt war hyper sauber👍👍👍, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr nah sowohl zum Ortskern, als auch zum Meer🌟. Um von dort aus Touren zu unternehmen und unterwegs in dieser traumhaften Region zu sein, ist es perfekt.

Tout d'abord la maison est belle. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est neuf, en très bon état. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée. Le petit extérieur est plein de charme. La maison est bien située. On voit la mer de la fenêtre de la chambre. Nous avons vraiment apprécié d'avoir choisi cette maison. Et si nous retournons à Cancale, c'est ici que nous dormirons. Pour finir, Marie-Paule est à l'écoute et elle est très sympathique. Je vous recommande cette maison.

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée, location Propre et bien placée à proximité des commerces . Seul bémol concernant le fléchage et le recyclage des déchets . Le tri sélectif semble inexistant dans cette municipalité, incompréhensible compte tenu de la beauté du site et des enjeux sur notre environnement ! C’est très regrettable.

Das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Fischerhäuschen in Cancale ist ideal für einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt eines Paares. Gut ausgestattet , liebevoll eingerichtet(Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen selber mitgebracht werden): Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer über drei Etagen. Ein schmales Häuschen mit schmalen Treppen. Für Mobilitätseingeschränkte eher nicht geeignet. Kleiner ummauerter Innenhof: gemütlich. Empfang durch Eigentümerin sehr freundlich, informativ und problemlos alles geregelt. Da mitten im Ort gelegen ist es eine Top Lage für den Ort mit seinem üppigen Angebot an Gastronomie und Galerien, grandiose Küste, Wanderwege, Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung von Cancale. September ist eine gute Zeit für eine Reise nach Cancale.

Agréable séjour dans une maison décorée avec goût ! Situation idéale : au calme et proche des commerces, un centre ville où l'on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Nous recommandons les pâtisseries "Grain de vanille" à quelques pas de la location ! La literie est bonne mais mériterait un 160. Merci à notre hôte pour sa politique d'accueil et ses conseils touristiques !

Séjour de 5 jours avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Dès notre arrivée, absence d’accueil du propriétaire. Absence de chaise haute et lit pour bébé (mentionnes à disposition sur l’annonce). Le propriétaire a justifié le COVID. Dans ce cas, le notifier dans l’annonce comme pour les draps ou lors de nos multiples échanges pour éviter l’effet de surprise et se retrouver sans mobilier de bébés ! L’annonce mentionne 2 chambres mais il y a un mini salon de 5-6 m2 et une seul chambre. Le convertible du salon ne fait pas office de chambre ! Si ce salon fait office de chambre, dans ce cas, il n’y a pas de séjour salon, juste une mini cuisine en couloir pour y vivre à 4 sur 5 jours, très compliqué... Deux grands escaliers dangereux, pièces très réduites avec absences d’ espace de vie, logement non adapte aux enfants car très dangereux ! Des barrières de sécurité sont présentes mais cassées donc inutiles. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas et la propriétaire n’a été d’aucune aide. Drap housse trop petit pour le lit convertible ! Absence de torchon et pas de papiers toilettes pour notre arrivée (compliqué avec deux enfants en bas âge). État des lieux fait par une connaissance de la propriétaire et pas de remise en main propre du chèque de caution. Maison mignonne, très bien pour un couple mais non adaptée à plusieurs personnes et encore moins pour des enfants car très dangereux, sur 5 jours nous ne pouvions pas rester dans l’an maison car pas d’espace pour les enfants et trop dangereux. Heureusement que nous avons eu beau temps. Revoir la description de la location et le mobilier à disposition.

Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil agréable et les adieux sympathiques dans votre merveilleuse maison. Tout était parfait, donc nous aimerions revenir. La maison est meublée avec beaucoup d'amour et de goût. La vaisselle et les casseroles, les bols et les plats sont suffisamment présents, même les couteaux à huîtres ne manquent pas. Tout est très propre, lumineux et soigné. Le lit et le canapé sont très confortables, ce qui nous a permis de bien dormir et de nous sentir bien tout autour. La maison est située sur une petite rue tranquille, le centre du village avec tous les commerces et un supermarché bien fourni est à deux minutes à pied. Aussi jusqu'au port, on n'a besoin que de quelques minutes pour savourer un bon moment dans l'un des nombreux bons restaurants. Dans les environs, on peut faire beaucoup de bonnes randonnées. Le Mont Michel et Saint-Malo sont facilement et rapidement accessibles en voiture, de sorte que Cancale est un point de départ idéal pour de belles vacances. Vorzügliche Kommunikation mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin persönlich. Das mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll ausgestattete Häuschen haben wir in absolut sauberen und gepflegtem Zustand vorgefunden. Die Beschreibung in der Annonce entsprach der Wirklichkeit. Vom Objekt aus ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf zu Fuß gut erreichbar ( Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Apotheke, Supermarkt, Kiosk, Boutiquen und zahlreiche Restaurants, sowie Hafen und Strand). Die Stadt und die Umgebung sind bezaubernd und bieten für jeden Geschmack zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Das Haus bietet für eine vierköpfige Familie mit zwei heranwachsenden Kindern ausreichend Platz, aufgrund der offenen Geschossbauweise bestehen jedoch keine separaten Zimmer. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Sehr empfehlenswert

Le gite est très bien situé dans une rue calme, proche de la mer. Le stationnement y est très facile. Le commerces, la plage, le port sont facilement accessible à pied ainsi que l'autres activités tel que les promenades sur le chemin des douaniers, des randonnées à vélo ou à cheval.
