It is located on the ground floor of the fully renovated stone house “Bleu Cancale.” The first and second floors each feature two-bedroom apartments, also renovated, accommodating 4 to 6 people: Emeraude on the first floor and Outremer on the second floor.
To access the studio, there are 3 steps up, and in the studio, 2 steps down for the bathroom, it is thus not recommended for persons with reduced mobility.

If you can manage the stairs a higher apartment will give you more privacy and better view. Everything worked fine and we were lucky the other two units were not occupied so we could use the garage. As the tourist season gets under way parking gets difficult. I would recommend this place. Cancale oysters are the best!

Lovely apartment in fabulous location. Everything accessible on foot. Parking a bit tricky at peak times. Apartment best suited to couples as one bedroom plus sofa bed in lounge area.
