Lokalizacja mieszkania to bardzo duży plus. Gospodarze również bardzo mili i wyrozumiali. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste. Wygodne łóżko, sypialnia również bardzo przytulna. Bardzo sprawny meldunek. Plusem jest równie całodobowa ochrona, sprawia to poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Często przebywam na osiedlu wałowa, ale z tego apartamentu widok z okna jest najlepszy.
Minusem malutkim są jedynie poduszki w mieszkaniu, ale to do dopracowania ;)

Nowocześnie, czysto, bardzo ładny wystrój, wszelkie udogodnienia - ekspres do kawy, pralka, balkon, wszystko super. Dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko piechotą na starówkę i zara obok Montowni.
Słychać trochę ruch od ulicy, ale takie uroki mieszkania w centrum.

Großzügige und stilvolle Wohnung mit Balkon Gute Lage Bequeme Betten Sehr sauber und gepflegt
Kein fixer Parkplatz obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben (wenn die Garage voll ist, muss man einen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz suchen!) Kein Smart TV und nur polnische Sender Es wäre sehr nett,wenn Kaffeepulver und Küchenrolle immer dort wären!
