Super lokalizacja w samym centrum, personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Mieszkanie posiada wszystko, co jest potrzebne (czajnik, naczynia, suszarka, mikrofala, aneks kuchenny, lodówka, duża szafa w przedpokoju). W bloku znajduje się winda, co dużo ułatwia przy wyjeździe z dzieckiem. Pod blokiem znajduje się Żabka. Ściany są dobrze wygłuszone, nie słychać sąsiedztwa.
Nie jest to zarzut do właścicieli, ale zwróciłbym uwagę na pracę Pan sprzątających. Mieszkanie było średnio posprzątane. Na lampach były pajęczyny, na mikrofali tona kurzu. Mieszkanie było jedynie powierzchownie posprzątane. Dodatkowo zwróciłbym uwagę na naprawę drobnych usterek- ościeżnica od łazienki była napuchnięta przez co bardzo trudno zamykało się drzwi od łazienki. Rozważyłbym również wymianę poduszek do spania, ponieważ jest tylko po jednej poduszce, w którą się wpada i to nie w pozytywnym tego słowa znaczeniu. Są to drobne niedogodności które można łatwo poprawić. Sam pobyt oceniamy na duży plus jednak! :)
