I was expecting a worse apartment because of the 8.6 rating, but it exceeded my expectations. Brand new building, very well-equipped and well-maintained apartment, spotlessly clean. Located on the 4th floor with an elevator. Nice surrounding area, within walking distance of the Old Town, and a Žabka grocery store is right outside the building.
Things that could improve the stay:
Firmer mattress in the bedroom
Blackout curtains (very bright in the morning due to the east-facing windows)
Air conditioning
Shower gel and shampoo
Black coffee
I saw some negative reviews about the Wi-Fi, but I didn't use it, so I can't comment on it.

Apartamento bonito, bien ubicado. Cerca de la estación de tren, Centro de Solidaridad, Museo de la II Guerra Mundial y del centro de la ciudad. Se agradece tener una plaza de parking cubierta.
Faltan cortinas gruesas para tapar la entrada de la luz solar. No estaría de más disponer de ventiladores en el techo.

Everything is great, cozy apartment near the old town with free parking. The apartment has everything you might need for a longer stay, I was surprised that there was even an iron and ironing board... Our family really liked it, I recommend it!
