This lovely 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome has all the features for you to enjoy. Enjoy an outside entertaining deck that will provide the perfect morning coffee space or evening dinners and relaxing after an enjoyable day on the beach or at the pool. This villa is a short 5 minute walk to Hilton Head's famous beach & shoreline, the Van der Meer Tennis Center and the Sonesta Resort.

This was our annual vacation. Overall the condo was in perfect location. We like to stay at home and cook and only go out 2 times for the week since we are a large family. The cooking utensils and pots and pans need to be updated. I could not cook breakfast in the frying pans without it having a burnt texture. I would also invest in some blinds or curtains for the living room areas due to how open it is. It’s nice to not feel like someone is watching you from the outside.

Nice updated 3 bedroom unit with plenty of space. Relatively close to the beach and just off the bike/walking path. Nice views as well.

We stayed for a month at this beautiful condo. We had different guests coming each week including my 89-year old Mom, friends, and later 2 daughters and 3 teen grandkids. We found lots to do, visited different places to eat most nights, watched the golfers, and enjoyed the beach and poolside, though the pool was cold yet. Having two living room areas is a real plus! Bedrooms were comfortable. The remodeling of the condo next door and replacement of our deck were our only disturbances.
