Welcome to the "Middle House", where you're minutes from civilization yet you feel in the middle of nowhere. Step out the front door and hop on the Ice Age Trail, head south to Holy Hill and explore the Basilica or head north to Pike Lake State Park and enjoy the beach just minutes from the front door. This 2 bedroom fully remodeled cabin is warm and inviting, a great place to relax after your adventures in the "Middle" of the Kettle Moraine Forest.

We thoroughly enjoyed the well stocked and comfortable amenities offered, as well as a great location. Clean. Cozy. Kitchen and laundry facilities as well as multiple choices for parking. We're looking forward to staying again when we return next year. Our only area for improvement is the bed is very low to the ground and needs a box spring.

The Middle House was immaculate! Kitchen had everything anyone could possibly need. Quiet, private and with great access to hiking trails - Ice Age and those in Pike Lake park. Matt & CJ were great hosts, responded quickly when I contacted them. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip down to SE WI.
