Le logement très récent et très bien entretenu. La climatisation dans 3 pièces de vie, plus que nécessaire avec les températures. La localisation, proche des plages, commerces et restaurants. L'accueil et la sympathie d'Ivana, qui nous a reçus avec bienveillance, nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses et qui était aussi très disponible.

We love everything about this apartment! It's very clean, new and everything is in order. You have everything you will need to cook in the kitchen, there is a complimentary milk, coffee. Also, the aircon works well, so nice to feel the coolness after a long day outside the heat! Great water pressure on the shower head, the faucet and toilet. The beds are perfect for us, not hard or too soft, but comfortable. Even the pillows are comfortable! You have the possibility to wash dirty clothes, you can borrow floaties, umbrellas, etc. The apartment is in great location. It's close to the beach, restaurants, bakery, bus station to the center of Split. The best of all, we love Ivana!! Amazing, amazing, amazing host! She is a warm person and kind. She answered questions very promptly, and helped us with anything we need (more towels, medicine for my son's dry eyes, helping us fixed the sofa bed even at 10pm). She was very generous with her time. Before we left, she gave us gifts, an extra virgin olive oil and a homemade wine and a pouch with lavender scent. While waiting for our taxi going to the airport, I mentioned that I really like the pillow in the apartment, she told me to go with her in the basement and she got me a new one as another gift!! So nice, never expected, but soo kind! We will definitely comeback to Split. We love the city and definitely, we will visit and stay at Ivana's again!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment had everything we needed, including excellent air conditioning, a spacious kitchen and living room, and a lovely balcony with a beautiful view. Both bedrooms also had their own TV. The host was incredibly friendly and did everything she could to make us feel at home. She was always quick to respond whenever we had any questions and made us feel very welcome. The location was also great, with two different beaches and several restaurants just a short walk away. There are two supermarkets nearby as well: one is smaller with a limited selection, while the other is larger and has a wider range of products. We would happily stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. If I could give this place more than 10 points, I definitely would. The accommodation has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. For example, dishwasher capsules are provided, and if you use the washing machine, there is laundry detergent and fabric softener available. The kitchen is also well equipped with essentials such as oil, salt, sugar, coffee capsules, and more. The property is very clean and in a great location. There is also free parking available. The host is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about her guests, making sure that nothing is missing during the stay. We even received a small gift when we left, which was a very thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
