This luxury villa is located in the middle of a quiet neighborhood in Podstrana, below the slopes of Perun Hill. This 2-floor vacation house offers peace and relaxation and is an ideal choice for couples and families.

Both bedrooms have a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a balcony from which you can enjoy the park view. The other bedroomhas a terrace with a nice view of the sea and the surrounding area.
The pool area is equipped withsunbeds. At their disposal, guests have an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area, ideal for hot summer nights.
Podstrana has many restaurants and bars next to the sea. The pebble beaches are beautiful. This whole area overlooks Brac island. The town of Split is 8 km, and the Split center is 11 km away.
In the season you can book one of many excursions to the National Parks (Krka, Plitvice, Kornati), or to the islands (Blue Cave on Bisevo – Vis area, Hvar town, Golden Cape beach in Bol on Brac island, nice beaches on Solta island, Korcula town on Korcula island.)
You can also book many active day trips, such as rafting, kayaking, canyoning, ziplining in Omis, stand-up paddles, climbing the fortresses (Omis, Klis), or simply visiting Marjan Hill in Split. Whatever you decide, it will be a good choice!
