BRAND NEW HOME ON THE WATER. This is a Duplex, Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. A relaxing vacation home located on the water with access to a 610 ft pier. Bring your Boat and or water ski.
Located in the heart of Navarre. Lovingly referred to as "The Jewel of Navarre". Footsteps to the sand & water, walking distance to locally owned restaurants, and Navarre Park. Navarre Beach is 1.8 mi across the causeway. White sand, with emerald green waters. It is also home to the longest fishing pier in Florida.
Dolphin watching right from the comfort of the home, or on the 610 ft community pier.
VPS (Destin/Fort Walton airport is 25 miles)
Navarre is tucked right between Destin and Pensacola. A beautiful drive in either direction.
INTERIOR:
Bedrooms all have fresh sheets, and additional sheets during your stay upon request. The Main Master bedroom has a great view of the water with a sitting area and 50" smart TV with Roku. It is located on the second level and has a BEAUTIFUL en-suite bathroom. 2nd Master also located on second level, has a Comfy King Bed with a 50" smart Tv with Roku. A sitting area by the window. 3rd bedroom adjacent to 2nd Master has a queen over queen bunk bed complete with 50" smart TV and roku.. The 2nd full bathroom has a large vanity with large mirror.
The 1st floor is an open concept of the kitchen, dining, and living room. The area has breathtaking views of Navarre Beach Island. The causeway is in view.
(4 total flat screens inside house- including 70 Inch smart TV in main living area with Roku, 50" in each room.) You can swim in the sound or hang out on the pier. Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, relax in a beach chair with umbrella.

We loved this property! Clean, and beautiful views and loved having our own little beach to sit and watch the kids play and fish off the pier! Would definitely stay here again.

We went with a multi family group and the place was beautiful and spacious. Even though it’s a duplex we were still able to get back and forth to each house. The amenities provided by the host was just amazing! Everything we needed was in the house and we didn’t have to make trips to stores for anything really. The host is very responsive and super nice. She accommodated my needs for a baby without hesitation. Kids and adults all really enjoyed the amazing back area of the house kayaking, swimming, fishing and playing in the sand. This was perfect for our group of little kiddos. Only suggestions we would make is maybe a conjoining patio to get to each side. The stairs was a bit much in the house in and out lol. Some of the rooms was extremely cold while others was warm. Could use some soundproofing upstairs but overall we would def stay again and recommend this property. Great location to everything which was another plus
