-No smoking - when smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning will be charged to your card.
-No pets
-No sand in home. Please use outside showers to rinse
-No noise after 11:00 PM - 7pm
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
-Unauthorized Late checkouts will be charged $150 fee

The property had several issues... leaks in ceiling (it was pouring rain for a few days), doors that didn't close properly, kitchen light not working. We reported to our host and he did his best to help us during our stay. These issues should be handled before this unit is rented to another guest.
