Place wa relatively clean though some areas could have been cleaner. The whole house needs some updating and cosmetic help.

Great location as advertised being just one block from the beach and a short drive to both the airport and to Old San Juan. Plenty of bedrooms, enough to sleep 16 or so depending on willingness to bunk up. Communal space was great, the pool table room, kitchen and mostly outdoor lounge areas were awesome. Bathrooms were mediocre and cleanliness was also just fine but if you’re looking for a fun gathering place I would recommend.

Big enough to fit an army (probably around 20 people if doubled up in almost all of the beds). Very easy walk to the beach, convenience store, and to a nice area with restaurants and casinos. Property manager was very responsive. Only knock against it was the previous people had a bit too much fun and broke something’s and they were not able to clean or make the repairs by the time we checked in.
We would stay here again.
