The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and nicely situated to access the things we wanted to do in that part of North Wales.

The property was in an excellent location overlooking the river Conwy, was very comfortable and had all that we required. There was parking close by.
It was not possible to get in touch with the owner when we were there. He had left us a contact phone number in case of need, however when we called him, left a message, and a text message, we had no response.

Great views
The stairs to the property were steep and not lit at night . Couple of repairs that could have been done missing light switch in kitchen , hand rail on stairs loose.

Location was stunning. Beds were super comfy. It was warm and cosy.
Access was tricky. Everything was slightly broken. Still functioning but not fully. No instructions received until I chased the day before. No instructions in the house so had to message to find out how heating and hot water worked. Responses were very fast.
