The accommodation is ideal, if like us you're after a cosy, comfortable base with stunning views across the estuary. The Host has created a homely, chilled style of holiday rental, and the little added extra's on offer in the kitchen mean that it's very easy to settle straight in.

Roomy, comfortable apartment on 2 floors. The view was so engaging. Bedrooms are upstairs - quiet at night even with the restaurant on ground floor. (Make a reservation at Paysanne, the best meal in Wales!) Had everything we needed. Stairs a drawback if physically challenged - use care on narrow steps to top floor. Train line stops directly across the street so very convenient to get around the area without a car.

Beautiful rustic comfortable apartment. Has a fantastic view and in a brilliant location. The owner was extremely helpful with local information and tips for places to eat. The owner’s restaurant was sadly closed but would certainly book a table when we next stay.

The flat is situated immediately above the owners’ restaurant, with views directly across the Conway estuary. Conway Castle stands proudly on the opposite bank. The property was easy to find, very well equipped, cosy and warm. We loved its furnishings and decoration, which give it a very friendly ambience. The owner came to check everything was OK soon after we arrived The restaurant below, La Paysanne, is a delight. We had a tremendous Sunday lunch there. I would really recommend the flat for a holiday.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this delightful place in Deganwy. Spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect to easily get to Conwy, Llandudno, and many other locations in NW Wales. Could easily walk to waterfront, CoOp grocer and other places in town. Views were lovely from the front living area. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would highly recommend staying here and we hope to come back one day. If you stay here we highly recommend eating at Paysanne, the restaurant below the apartment. Excellent food. One note-the apartment is in an older building and the stairs to the bedrooms on the second floor are quite steep. If you have mobility issues this may not be the right place for you.

Accommodation has a French feel. All amenities were at hand. Wonderful views overlooking the estuary towards Conwy Castle. Heating and hot water were on. Cia, the owner, helped me load the luggage, in the rain , on our departure. Cia's restaurant below serves great food.

We found the property to be in an ideal location for visiting surrounding places of interest and it has amazing views over the estuary to Conwy. There were 4 adults in our party and the apartment is more than spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. There was nothing we needed during our stay that wasnt provided for. Cai the host was really helpful and on hand for any questions/queries you may have. There was the added bonus of being above the Paysanne Bistro also owned by Cai and the meal we had there was superb! I would definitely recommend this property 🙂

Splendid. Absolutely lovely holiday apartment, clean, comfortable and spacious. Location is just perfect - costal walks, train and buses all on the doorstep. Tour bus stops across the road. Lovely little beach over the road. Quaint little row of shops and places to eat. The views across Conwy Harbour are amazing, especially at night with Conwy Castle all lit up. Paysanne Restaurant below the holiday apartment is fantastic - delicious food in a great restaurant with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. We loved everything about the holiday, so glad we have found this place as we will definitely come back again.

An excellent and relaxing vacation experience ! Exceeded all expectations! Eclectic, a true feel of France in North Wales. Everything you could need was there,even their French Bistro on your doorstep! Lots of wonderful local places to visit too . If you didn't want to drive both rail and bus stops were only a few minutes walk away,even the City sightseeing hop on hop off bus ! A private patio ,all day sun...we were lucky with beautiful weather. View from front bay window was unbelievable, Conwy Castle and marina! Lots of local eateries to choose from too. Apartment was superb,a full bathroom ,an ensuite and an extra loo room just as you come in. Kitchen had every dish and utensil you would need,fabulous! Lots of towels and hot water. Free view tele,dvd player and plenty of dvds too. Books,magazines, Leaflets! So comfortable and relaxing,can't wait to go back! Oh parking,could use their permit,only £1 per day,fabulous, parked over the road on railway ground,could see car from front window,felt safe. Hosts went above and beyond,Thankyou Cai and family!

We pass this property many times and had wanted to stay for a while but never had a reason until we had a training course near by and this was our chance. We seriously could not fault anything. Homely, warm, cosy lots of facilities, games, books. It was a dream and we will definitely visit again. Hopefully next time without the stress of a training course and a 'must pass' exam. Overall, this was a nice apartment, with all amenities required and stunning views. The only large 'fly in the ointment' was the noise from Bistro (below) in the evenings which my friend and I found to be very stressful. While this might not be an issue for a lot of people it was for me given that I have health issues and need to rest in the evenings. A solution might be to 'warn' potential clients about the noise. Apart from that, all was fine, and Cai was very helpful and quick to respond to all enquiries.

This is a lovely place to stay for a visit to noth Wales.big spacious apartment with everything you could want for a great stay .more like staying in a French cottage. Lots of unusual nic niknaks. Books ,games ,wi_fi dvds to keep you occupied on a rainy day and nights.not for anyone with mobility issues,as two lots of stairs. One to apartment, and one to bedrooms. Paysanne restaurant downstairs fabulous. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful welcome from Chi who appeared not long after we arrived. There were some welcome provisions which were much appreciated. We loved the decor and ambiance of the flat and instantly felt at home. Great views from the windows over towards Conwy and the Castle. Easy walking distance to Conwy along a flat path. Restaurants literally on the doorstep of the flat and also The Castle Pub a few minutes along the road. Paysanne - the restaurant below - is delightful and we had a very enjoyable meal there on our last night. The flat is well equipped with lots of books and DVD's and all that you need for a lovely stay. We very much hope to return. Thank you Chi.

Great location, on a busy road but can't really hear noise inside apartment, parking was easy and just across the road, train station across the road too, only 5 mins to Llandudno, also nice walk to Conwy along coastal path, some noise can be heard from restaurant below but not really a problem, furnishings in apartment are dated, settee needs replacing and a lot of curios scattered around, apartment is large and great views of Conwy Castle and the estuary, lovely tea room and chip shop in close proximity, owner was helpful when we couldn't get in the property and issue was quickly resolved.

Just returned from a 3 day break and our second visit to this apartment. It's in a brilliant location, has great little beach just across the road, close to conwy castle and llandudno, and the apartment it's self feels very homely. Our 5 year old didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back again.

This property had everything you could ask for, space, warmth, comfort and beautiful views at all time throughout the day. Local to all amenities pubs, takeaways, supermarkets, shops, coffee/tea shops. You can take a nice walk into Llandudno or up to Conwy Castle and surrounding areas. I would not hesitate recommend this place to friends and family and will no doubt being visiting again in the future.

took son and D in L for a break after a delayed wedding. had good comms before and upon arrival were checked all ok. Apartment was very well fitted out, had read about heating but found the level set was great, I dont like hot and the wife doesnt like cold but she said it was good. Some of the decorations show signs of age but does not detract from the property, sash windows stripped of paint etc. The view is superb, parking opposite for £1 daily and station with hourly trains. £2.60 per person return to Llandudno was reduced by a group ticket for 4 to £7.60. If you dont want to cook theres some great food around the chippy in walking distance and we also used a chinese. Would we book again. YES. value for money YES. see you in 2022

It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely apartment. The views were incredible from both the lounge and front bedroom windows. Parking with the provided permit for £1 a day was very much appreciated just over the road to the left of the railway station parking. We were amazed how spacious the apartment was with a lovely big kitchen and lounge. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also a good size. The apartment is perfectly placed for visiting local and further afield attractions at Conwy, Llandudno (we walked to Llandudno along the coastal path around 3.5 miles easy flat walking) and Anglesey. The railway and buses also stop right outside the apartment. There is so much to see and do and with the bonus of such a lovely well positioned property we will definately be returning. Our second visit to this ‘home from home’. Comfortable and welcoming after a long journey. Excellent host! Enough room for a family to relax and enjoy the views, with a great selection of things to do in the flat for varying weathers. Deganwy is a good location to stay in, while Llandudno is just a few minutes away by car for more shopping and ‘tourist’ experiences.
