Perfect start to our holiday

We weren’t able to reopen the blinds in the bedroom window once we’d closed them.

Fab wee gem of a place, close to Conwy and Llandudno!

The location is perfect, lovely views over the water and across to Conwy Castle. And the family who own the property couldn't be nicer. Parking was possible right outside the flat, and we love that it's walking distance to Conwy (for most). We will definitely stay again in the future!!

Can not recommend this enough. You won't be disappointed.

The view for a start is genuinely breathtaking, I personally love a good walk without it being too strenuous and that ticks all boxes, but everything about the apartment for me was exceptional. The gift basket when I arrived, the ease of understanding all appliences the local transport. For me this was perfect and I already considering a return visit.

For me I don't feel I can find an actual fault which I would consider mentioning. Maybe changing the washing machine to a washer/dryer but I really feel i'm looking for problem in this instance. I don't think you need to change anything.

This is our 3rd time at Station Approach and as always very clean modern and comfortable beds and sofas . Beautiful view

The apartment is very clean and comfortable . In a good location for visiting other places or just staying local ,lovely costal walks . And a train station opposite . Beautiful view from lounge/kitchen . Well equipped with everything you would need . Comfortable beds and sofas . A lovely welcome pack left by owner .

Clean, great location, loved the little extras (straighteners, wine and cookies) welcome pack was really helpful. The bedding was great quality and the beds super comfortable!

Deganwy short break

Nice clean modern apartment with lovely views of the Deganwy estuary, welcome basket with wine and biscuits which was a nice touch from the owners and also helpful booklet with information about the area and transport and how appliances work within the apartment We stayed in Station Loft which is the highest floor of the three apartments , king size bed is very comfortable and location very peaceful

Nothing much to complain about here but did struggle a little with the stairs up to the apartment I do have asthma so was a bit of a challenge, draw in wardrobe needs a little attention has it opens when wardrobe doors are used occasionally

Very Good Stay, Will stay there again

The View of Conwy and the Castle was Amazing, Information Booklet was a very Good Idea. There was a Give pack left for Us with Wine,Biscuits,Grapes and Milk which was very Helpful. Thank you to Megan.

Shower was hot but,had no water Pressure, Parking was on the main road and I had to park about was300 yards down the road. When We arrived Wasn,t sure which Key box for appartment We were in. didn,t Know it was called Station Approach. Other than that Megan was a Good Host. Thank you

lovely views, easy parking, good but quiet location within easy reach of the main town and good access to roads away from town

nothing to not like the only thing that I could think of when we got back (unless I completely missed it) is putting something in the welcome folder about turning the water heater on, its fine putting instructions on the back of the cupboard door but we only discovered it when we went to investigate why we had run out of hot water

Fantastic location & amazing stay

The location is fantastic to visit Conwy & Llandudno. 30 min drive to Zip World. Amazing views across the estuary to Conwy castle. Recommend Castle View Pub/Restaurant & Paysanne for dining too. Well equipped kitchen. Nice addition with hair straighteners. Communication with Megan was great. Thank you.

Wonderful in every way.

We loved everything about the property - location, beautiful view across the estuary, lovely welcome pack, thorough manual on using water/heating etc and places to go and where to eat. Would recommend this place and stay again. We loved it and didn’t want to leave.

Loved everything about the place. We were even welcomed with a package for our anniversary which was so unexpected and cute. The location is great with the bus stop just down the road. Walkable to Conway, grocery shop and eateries. Bed was also so comfortable (as someone who likes a firm mattress). The view of the estuary was beautiful. It was nice to eat dinner and watch the tides go out / come in.

It was excellent. We loved it (helped certainly by having very good weather just after Easter).

The views from the sitting room of the apartment, down to Conwy Castle, and over the river estuary, were wonderful. We liked the fact that the bedrooms were to the rear of the property, because we did not hear the traffic at all. The location is perfect with good shops, cafes, bars all close at hand. Both the towns of Conwy and Llandudno are within easy reach, and both fabulous in their own ways

If we were being very picky, the apartment is a little on the compact side for 4 people, and there wasn't too much wardrobe/cupboard space in the bedrooms, but this did not detract at all from our holiday
