L'appartamento è moderno, ampio e arredato con grande cura, risultando estremamente accogliente e completo di ogni comfort. Situato in un palazzo tranquillo dotato di ascensore, gode di una posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla fermata Bologna della metro B, che consente di raggiungere facilmente ogni zona della città. Il quartiere è servito da numerosi locali, ristoranti, supermercati e farmacie. Il proprietario Filippo si è dimostrato cortese e sempre disponibile, anche a distanza. Il check-in e il checkout, completamente autonomi, sono semplici e pratici.
La zona, essendo frequentata per lo più da studenti universitari, risulta molto vivace e rumorosa nelle ore serali e notturne.

The size of the rooms, the bathroom, the kitchen, the location. I did like the elvator. A good old elevator reliable and fun to use.
The temprature was 36°C when we arrived. One of the rooms doesn't have AC. It is important to know for the summer in Rome.

Molto bello l’appartamento anche se non abbiamo trovato neanche una bottiglia di acqua e solo una cialda di caffè
Troppo rumoroso a causa dei numerosi ristoranti sulla via e dei serramenti che non filtrano minimamente il rumore
