this luxury duplex has everything you need with outstanding ocean and inlet
views. Spacious and comfortable, Sunnyside is situated on the north end of
Carolina Beach. After a long day at the beach, wash your toes off with
Sunnyside's outdoor shower before heading in!
The incredible 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath unit which is 1/2 of the duplex offers
parking for up to 4 vehicles. It boasts a large well-appointed kitchen with
granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The top floor features a
spacious living area, a half bath off the kitchen, dining room, an ocean view
balcony, and a spiral staircase to an open deck with spectacular ocean views!
The middle floor offers two king suites with attached private baths and flat
screen TVs. Both bedrooms on this floor have a private balcony. One of these
decks does have a partial view of the ocean! This floor has a washer and dryer
for your convenience.
The bottom floor of the duplex has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The
Queen bedroom has a private deck. The middle bedroom has two twin beds, great
for the kids! The Full bedroom has a deck that doubles as the front porch of
the home. All three bedrooms are equipped with TVs.

Very nice house which was able to accommodate 4 adults & 6 children (ages 4-10). Easy access to the beach, marina, food & anything else we wanted to do. We rent in Carolina Beach every year and it was one of our favorites.
