The incredible 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath unit which is 1/2 of the duplex offers parking for up to 4 vehicles. It boasts a large well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The top floor features a spacious living area, a half bath off the kitchen, dining room, an ocean view balcony, and a spiral staircase to an open deck with spectacular ocean views!
The middle floor offers two king suites with attached private baths and flat screen TVs. Both bedrooms on this floor have a private balcony. One of these decks does have a partial view of the ocean! This floor has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
