A chalet for nature lovers, offering absolute tranquility and every comfort in an authentic setting. Located between the lake and the mountains, in the heart of the beautiful village of Alex—nestled at the foot of the Dents de Lanfon (1,824 m) and the Dent du Cruet (1,833 m), halfway between Annecy and Thônes. A haven of peace with a splendid view, the Chalet Refuge is an ideal place to recharge with your family. Hiking trails start right at the chalet; La Clusaz is 20 minutes away, and Lake Annecy is 10 minutes away.

Well finished chalet. Very modern. Considering heatwave it was quite cool inside. Great kitchen and bathroom. Amazing views on terrace. In a beautiful alpine quiet village. 10 minutes up the hill from the lake Annecy. Parking on drive. Very spacious. Lovely cat from next door visiting. Chalet is located on owners back garden and you so have to walk round through their garden. Could do with sun loungers outside, as it’s more of a ski destination. Needed a microwave and small saucepans and full length. Double bed frame is wood and creaked every time you moved. We brought our own fans but some fans would’ve been good, especially as it was 40 degrees
