Location is very good, located near beaches and swimming pool. Villa has a lot of space, has a place for barbecue, beautiful garden and a terrace. Inside it looks also good.
It is well maintained, however, kitchen can be renovated, especially the stove, as it is quite old. Floors could also be more clean and some chemicals has to be used to fight with ants in the kitchen.

The space was good for a family of 4, with 2 bedrooms and a lounge area as well as a nice outside area.
Very few explanations about the property and the surrounding areas or commodities. No written information in the property. You need a car (which we had, so that was ok), to explore the area or to get to any nice beach spots. The small village of Villanova is walking distance and has basic commodities (but many seemed closed out of season).
