It is centrally located. The rooms are nice and clean and the kitchen is functional.
No hot water. It wasn’t a problem at first because it was very hot outside but it was difficult to wash dishes in cold water. It was uncomfortable, having a cold shower by the second day. The electricity is unable to handle much. If you have the lights on and turn on the air conditioning, the circuit trips. The refrigerator stopped working each day, but it was an easy fix. You just had to turn it off and then on again.
