Location was excellent. The free drinks and chocolate were nice. The bed and the room was clean, big enough and comfortable. Shower worked perfectly, the TV had cool 80s music channel. Although the breakfast was not included, they pointed out a place that was cheap, nice and close by, you get free drinks if you show your card from the hotel.
The check-in time was confusing, we did arrive 10 minute too early, but they panicked a bit as the cleaning was not yet done, and asked us to come back later. Nothing big though, so all good.

Location. River Rhine outside and short walk into the town.
Booked a compact room which was awful really. It should not be sold as a room with a possibility of 2 people. It should be sold as a single room.
Shower door did not close properly and water leaked all over floor.
When we pulled back the sheets they had obviously not been changed.
While technically a 'city view', a view of a dirty modern apartment building very close to the window and a restricted view of St Martins Church wasn't that pleasing!
