Villa Farrutxet

The villa is very spacious , it didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. The pool area with the downstairs kitchen and outdoor space was our hub, we spent most of our time there. It’s a very chilled vibe.

A slight hill to walk back from town, older member of family found it hard.

The villa is a great size with plenty of room, 4 bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms. Great pool, really good size with a bit for small kids. Table tennis, pool table and other ways to keep entertained. The balcony and other eating areas were all really great places to get out of the sun and enjoy a bit too eat. The villa was decorated to a very high standard with two kitchens. Shaded parking for the car was also a god send. Location wise it's about a 15-20 minute walk into Alcudia port where you can pick from many restaurants or bars, that's a bit lively down there, potentially a bit mainstream, if you want a calmer vibe its about 15 minutes drive from the old town which has amazing cafes, restaurants, beautiful architecture and artisanal shops. There are plenty of beaches in a short driving distance. The main sandy beach in Alcudia is good if you move away from the centre (Playa Muro). S'Illot is worth a visit but pebbly so get good shoes! Platja de Can Cap de Bou also nice, really family friendly and less than 20 mins drive.

The single beds were a little uncomfortable.

Beautiful, authentic house with a great view. The pool was large and clean. Good privacy and beautiful garden.

Beautiful, comfortable villa in excellent, peaceful neighbourhood with stunning views over the bay. Very convenient for town and beach. Lovely pool and surrounding garden. Plenty wonderful restaurants and all amenities nearby. Delightful and very helpful host.

Absolutely nothing to dislike here!
