APARTAMENT AVANGARDEN EMA ROSU

Удобная квартира в новостройке в новом районе. В 5 минутах ходьбы - молл. В соседних домах - продовольственные магазины. До старого и нового центра города ходит общественный транспорт (10 минут).

Spacey 2 level apartment with 2 bedrooms upstairs, spaced living room on ground floor. Clean. Relative good price, but there is A LOT of shortcomings which were very disappointed for me especially at the start of my 6 day stay over...

1.Wrong location on map and in description on booking.com. Correct address: str. Egretei, 29. I ordered transfer and need to tell address, but address was wrong and apartment management gave me correct address just one hour prior arrival. So this brings me extra stress. 2. Slow reaction of management - they answer not every question and if they do, it takes long time until I get information I needed. 3. When we arrived, apartment was occupied by another guest, so it took time to resolve all questions, which we needed to resolve by ourselves. 4. There was a lack of kitchen utensils: no pot, no frying pan (only lid), and even no matches for gas stove (there was no electricity and I couldn't get the fire to heat any food). 5. No WiFi instruction: for network and password you need to search for them on the backside of router. 6. No smart TV. As for 2025 it's a MUST. 7. No entrance key, only electronic key fob. So you can enter building only from inner side not from main street. 8. Some wall cracks already appeared, despite apartment doesn't look old - but it's worth to pay attention to that. These all shortcomings are easy remedied and don't require much expense. It seems like management isn't aware of them or are not quite professional in hospitality business (I hope not) I hope they will read my review and will improve their service in the future.
