The apartment was clean. There were some minor marks on the wall and a missing lightbulb, but otherwise it was ok. All in all, for one night it was decent.
No AC, which might have been ok in the past, but now it is a must at least during the day. I did not really like the powerful smell of the cleaning products used, but I guess that's subjective. For those who have trouble sleeping, it might be unpleasant that the building has very thin walls and you can clearly hear the adjacent neighbours. Bathroom needs a curtain or a shower glass of sorts and the water pressure is poor.

Mattress is not comfortable at all, cleaning was poor. Far from everything if you don’t have a car.

The staff were friendly and made an attempt at being helpful, were offered some compensation for our issues and we've very apologetic
We had bed bugs! They admitted to not regularly checking the beds/ deep cleaning them, my parnter got covered in loads of bites, kinda ruined our experience
