Bellissimo e spazioso appartamento posto al settimo piano (raggiungibile con ascensore), con grandi finestre dalle quale è possibile vedere l'intero quartiere circostante (formato da altri palazzi colorati) e le montagne. Camere ampie, bella cucina, due bei bagni (non c'è però la doccia, ma una vasca da bagno nella quale bisogna stendersi/mettersi in ginocchio per usare il doccino; l'altro bagno è più piccolo, di servizio), bel salotto con grande televisore e comodo divano, televisioni anche nelle due camere. Posto auto riservato per chi risiede nell'appartamento. Le chiavi vengono consegnate all'arrivo. Con la macchina in 15 minuti si arriva nel centro storico di Brașov
Il posizionamento del letto in una delle camere è scomodo in quanto un lato del letto matrimoniale è contro il muro, attaccato proprio alla parete, per cui chi dorme da quella parte, se vuole scendere dal letto, deve scomodare per forza la persona che dorme sull'altro lato

Удобное расположение дома. Парковка на территории дома. Близко магазин. Тепло в квартире.
Квартира очень грязная. Не рекомендуем!!!Уборщица вообще не была в квартире. Пол грязный. Валялся мелкий мусор.
Состояние квартиры как после вечеринки.
На кухне не убрано на плите и столешнице разлитое растительное масло. Под раковиной мусорное ведро без пакета и рядом пространство было забито пустыми бутылками из под пива. Не работала одна люстра. Не было моющего, тряпок, губок чем мыть посуду. Была посудомоечная машина, но не было таблеток для нее.Для кофемашины не было капсул. Небыло чая, соли, сахара.
В санузлах грязные унитазы.В одном санузле моча, в другом непонятная грязная вода.Сама ванна с короткими волосами не помытая. Использованные полотенца висели на сушилке, а чистых полотенец не было. Туалетная бумага отсутствовала.
В спальнях все постели были грязные, не поменянные. Пришлось все снять и спать на голых матрасах и подушках. Пульт нашли под одеялом. Для дивана небыло постельного белья и подушек.
После этой квартиры остались очень негативные эмоции. Но перед заездом нам сказали что квартира готова к заселению.
