About this apartment rental
This is where the locals live - the location is the perfect mix of quiet and lots to do, decorated in an Old Florida vibe. No traffic, walk to the beach, sit on the balcony and watch the herons. Newly updated Grand Lagoon front 2 bedroom 2 bath in quiet family neighborhood off of Thomas Drive - perfect location near shops and restaurants! Walk to Longboards, Hammerhead Fred's, Newby's and more!
King bed in the master with Lagoon view and patio doors to the balcony, and private full bath. King in the extra bedroom. Sofa bed for the kids. Fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 4 and dining table for 2. Comfy leather couch and sofa bed in the living room, plus large TV with sound bar. Full size washer and dryer. Almost 1200 square feet - it will feel like home! NOTE: condo is in the 3rd floor (great view!), with NO elevator, ability to walk stairs is a must.
Balcony overlooking the lagoon, with sunrise view - perfect for your morning coffee!
Use the community pool, or head to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! 3/10 of a mile to the quiet Beach access 21 - walk or drop off the kids and supplies then come back and park at the condo.
Wifi provided with Smart TV (connect with your Netflix, Hulu, etc). Cable TV is not provided.
We provide high quality linens and towels!
Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 3 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Maximum of 5 adults (6 guests total), $5 per night extra guest fee for more than 4 guests (per guest). This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors! Use of the boathouse is not included.

This condo was a great stay for me and my family. Everything was conveniently close. The beach was amazing and only one rainy day out whole trip which we spent at the local amusement park. Kitchen was beautifully remodeled and had all we needed to cook in on days we didn’t want to eat out.
