About this apartment rental

Two bedroom apartment sleeps six. 200m from nearest beach and nearest beach restaurant. Ground floor end of terrace with patio and enclosed side garden. Communal pool Open June to end September. Easy access to Antibes Old Town and 5 miles (8km) to Cannes. Bedroom 1 - double bed with ensuite shower room and WC , TV with DVD inbuilt along bluetooth speaker for listening to your own music, door to patio. Bedroom 2 - 2 beds (use as twin or king - 1.80m), alarm clock radio and door to garden. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Large open plan living room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and includes a dishwasher and microwave. There is a dining table. There is a large screen LCD Smart TV with DVD/Blueray player. The soundbar links to the TV and can also operate as a Bluetooth speaker to use with your own devices. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate hallway cupboard. The second bathroom includes a bath with shower, sink and WC. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 along with a separate decked area with seating and large sun umbrella. Underground allocated parking garage. Please note there is an additional cleaning fee of 100€ payable in cash on arrival.
Juan les Pins is situated between Cannes and Nice and 14km from Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport. You will find beautiful beaches, good nightlife, restaurants, a nice old town (Antibes) and a beautiful marina. Many watersports are available at the various beaches: waterskiing, parascending, diving. The famous annual jazz festival is held in Juan-Les-Pins each July. The neighbouring town of Antibes has a daily food market and several museums and galleries. You will also find some great bars, restaurants, cafes and boutique shops.
There is easy access by road or rail to the nearby towns of Cannes, Nice, Monaco and beyond into Italy. The themepark of Antibesland is a great day out for children of all ages and are situated in nearby Biot.

There are several golf courses in the area including Biot and Sophia Antipolis. Skiing is available in the nearby resorts of Isola 2000 and Auron
and the resorts of Valberg, L’Audibergue, Greolieres-Les-Neiges, Beuil-LesLaunes. are all within a 1-2 hours drive.

We had such a lovely week and a bit here. It was just too short!Great location, a stone's throw from the beach, supermarket, bus, boulangeries etc.We had a lovely warm welcome from Hocine who managed are check-in and departure. He is an absolute gentleman and made us feel right at home from the outset. Nothing was too much trouble.The outside space of the apartment is especially lovely and well organised. The pool and its surrounding area is spotlessly clean with ample shade.We loved it and would love to come back in the future.Many thanks for your hospitality.

Outdoor patio space was fantastic, Karen was easy to communicate with, Hocine was very helpful at all times. Patio door was finicky to lock, but other than that everything was great. Parking stall worth its weight in gold, would stay again 👍

Great, clean apartment stocked with everything you need. Supermarket, restaurants and bakery 5 minutes walk. Clean spacious pool. 5 minutes walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to Golfe Juan with lovely marina and lots of great restaurants and bars - nice evening stroll. Bus to Antibes cheap and easy. We got the train to Monaco, which was well worth a visit. Tickets were cheap, but train very crowded on the way back. All in all a lovely holiday location for relaxing and exploring. Hosts were very helpful and I would recommend for any ages.

Everything about our stay was perfect. - The communication before we arrived was very prompt and Karen answered all our questions. Once we arrived, Nigel was very helpful in getting us acquainted with the property. - The property itself was more than we could have hoped for. There were two terraces for sitting out, which were very quiet and great for relaxing on. The kids also loved using the hammocks. The BBQ on the terrace worked great and was perfect for nights we didn't want to eat out. - The sea is a 5 minute walk away, with a huge sandy beach and many great restaurants. When the kids got tired of the beach, we would often make our way over to the onsite pool (which has a lifeguard) - The market was also about 5 minutes away which made it easy to buy everything we needed. There was a boulangerie just a couple minutes further away, which we often went to in the morning for fresh pastries. Lastly, the welcome gift was also a very nice touch and was a great way to start our holiday. We would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

We loved this apartment - it was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds are really comfortable, the facilities such as TV and wifi are all really good quality and the outside terraces were private and spacious with lovely furniture. Both bedrooms and the lounge open out onto terraces. The area is lovely and everything was easy access for us without a car and we had children with us and could easily walk everywhere. We would definitely come back to this apartment.

This apartment is in a lovely location. A few minutes from the beach and an excellent well stocked supermarket. The town is only a brisk 10 minute walk as well and flat, so even if hot its ok. Apartment has everything you need, including a great electric Weber BBQ, I was skeptical about electric, but it was really good. Being on the ground floor it does benefit from the extra space. Pool complex is lovely once you have worked out how to get in! Lots of keys needed but this means it is secure. Karen and Bill are really helpful and the airport transfer Bill does is very reasonable and just no hassle, so you are in holiday mode as soon as you leave the airport, Bill very knowledgeable on the area and this all helps you hit the ground running, ideal for us as only there for one week. All in all superb, cannot be faulted in anyway. Thanks guys.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en goed ingericht met goede bedden. Ook het terras en de zonnige tuin hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. Four of us stayed here for our vacation with additional 2 joining for short stay. The apartment is very well equipped with additional items that are too lengthy to list.A short stroll to the beach and nearby bus stop with train station a little further afield. The owners Bill & Karen assisted whenever necessary and the transfer service was excellent with nothing seeming too much trouble for Bill. The complex is extremely secure and the patio area benefits from ground floor location. Thank you very much!

Excellent apartment. Very well equipped and good facilities - could not ask for anything more. Good private terrace and side garden where we spent a lot of time. Our 12 year old daughter loved the on-site pool. Well located - easy stroll into Juan les Pins + close to supermarket. Good public transport links - close to bus stop for days out along the coast and easy to get to local train station. No need for car rental. Also very helpful owners (Karen & Bill) who went out of their way to assist. Also offered a good service for collection from and drop off at the airport. Would happily recommend this apartment to anyone. Bogan family

The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. We particularly enjoyed having the private garden to retreat to in the middle of the day. Our boys (3 & 5) loved the pool and being so close to the beach. Great location - Juan-les-Pins, Golfe-Juan and Antibes all very easily accessible. Recommended.

The apartment was so fully equipped and looked so good. We liked very much the little own peaceful garden where we spent lot of time. The location is perfect with bus connections, restaurants and a big supermarket. The pool also is good. We enjoyed a lot of two weeks visiting! Asunto on upea ja hyvin varusteltu. Suojaisa oma piha parasta. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet, iso allasalue ja lyhyt matka merelle. Lähellä iso edullinen supermarket ja muutama ravintola, mm Cote Jardin, jota voimme suositella. Junarata junaliikenteen on noin 300m päässä, mutta ei haitannut meitä.

We were staying a week. When you book a place to stay on holiday you sometimes worry that it may not live up to your expectations. This place was just superb. It is as you see in the photographs. It is so well equipped - the owners have thought of everything you might need for example not having to bring beach towels as they are supplied. The pool is a good size and the beach is near at hand. Also the supermarket and restaurants are a five minute walk away. Public transport is easy so you don't need a car. We went to Monaco very easily by train. Karen and Bill also arranged transport from and to the airport - it all couldn't be easier or more comfortable.

We (2 grown-ups and a 9 month old baby) had a lovely time in Les Juan Pins and in the appartment. Everything was provided! We are sure that we want to go back in the future. A wonderful area with fun cities, beach, great supermarket and more close by! Nice, Cannes and Antibes so easily reached by bus. We felt no car necessary. Juan les Pins and Golfe Juan 10 minutes walking and beach 5 at the most! Possibility of great scenic runs or work outs at the beach which were very motivating. Leiligheten og hagen er nydelig og har alt du behøver for et veldig hyggelig og komfortabelt opphold. Et flott sted å tilbringe tiden mellom turer til strand og by! Eierne er 100% til å stole på, har mange gode tips om du behøver og stiller opp om det trengs! Vi lot ett barn sove i stuen, 3 på det ene soverommet og vi foreldre på det andre. Fungerte veldig bra. Alt anbefales på det varmeste!

Renting an apartment is alway a step into the unknown, wondering if the picture on a site really tell a true picture. We were so glad when we arrived that Karen and Bill's apartment lived up to the pictures and the other reviews. This really is a great apartment , in a great location with great facilities. Karen and Bill were extremely helpful during our stay organising transport to and from the airport and helping by storing luggage around flight times. The entertainment system is great, the pool area really clean and well maintained, apart from the slide being out of action, and the garden area is great for catching the morning sun. Really can't recommend this apartment and area highly enough, great for relaxation and great for site seeing, only down side was not being able to secure two weeks! Thanks Karen and Bill for a great holiday!

Leilighet med alt du kan ønske deg. Rent, kald drikke i kjøleskapet, uteleker til barna, babyseng og babystol tilgjengelig og veldig hjelpsomme og pålitelige eiere. Utrolig raske å svare på mail og sms. Tar ca 15 min å gå inn til Juan les Pins. Litt "omvei" for å komme seg til stranda, men tar bare 5 min. Fint basseng, men sklia så ut til å være stengt for alltid, og litt i overkant strenge regler for hva som var greit og ikke (badeleker var ikke lov i det store bassenget). Veldig praktisk med stor matbutikk og bakeri 5 min unna. Fint sted, fine strender og behagelige temperaturer.

Had a wonderful time, everything is catered for and a great private garden for the kids to run around outside, a true home from home, so you don't need to pack the kitchen sink! The beach is only a 5 minute stroll away, and Supermarket just a 3 minute stroll as well. Clean, comfortable and 'cool'....

Just what we needed

Just what we needed

Lovely apartment in a great location, Bill and Karen have thought of everything. The apartment is conveniently situated in easy walking distance between the main shops and restaurants of Juan Les Pins, and the Golfe Juan Harbour area in the opposite direction if you fancy checking out a nice yacht or two ! A car is not necessary, the local bus and train services to Cannes and Nice (and everywhere in between) are reliable and cheap. The apartment itself is beautifully clean and modern, and set in good surroundings. Our two teenagers were very safe exploring independently with the supermarket just 3 minutes away and a great park if you don't fancy the beach. Often with holiday lets of this type you find the kitchen lacking in equipment, but not so here. Everything is thought of and there's a great selection of books and games to entertain younger children if needed. The directions, and key collection arrangements were well thought out and made the trip stress free. We've had a lovely relaxing break, just what we needed and we'll be back. We were a party of 4 adults and were really bowled over by the apartment, luxury and comfort, so well appointed and was just a pleasure to stay there. Everything we could have wanted to enjoy our holiday, DVD,s Cinema sound to entertain us and located in a wonderful and quiet location. We were perhaps a little early and the local bars and shops were just about to open but that did not put us off at all and the local transport, train and buses were inexpensive and so reliable. Bill and Karen were so helpful and we will recommend the apartment to all our friends and work colleagues and we are keen to rebook for next year Bill !! Thanks again for your hospitality.

a perfectly located apartment facing the ocean, very short walk to local shops, beach and pool. so many great restaurants nearby and short walk to the marina. reccomend both the visioboule (glass bottom boat) just short walk away and marineland easy to get to on the local bus. apartment was equipped with everything we needed for us and our children 6, 9, 14. we were given all the information we needed for an amazing holiday... many many thanks cant wait to come back soon:-)
