About this house rental

Beautiful gardens, secluded home on 1 acre in tropical setting. Many outdoor areas to enjoy our beautiful climate. Coqui frogs sing to you at night and birds wake to a beautiful day. Common to see feral livestock in the area.
Easy on/off access to many local sites.
Ocean viewing and tailgating near by. Whale watchers dream.
There is an Owners master suite with private kitchen and bath attached to this home ( host occupied) with private entrances.
You will have entire home and privacy.

This property like almost all properties in Hawaiian Paradise Park is on "water catchment". This means we collect rain water for bathing, washing and cooking. Our water is treated with a two (2) filter system and a UV Blue light. We also supply you with county drinking water in the kitchen (crock), with extra bottles under the bar top.
