Clean. Has laundry.
Rooms were warm. AC only in living room but rooms were warm even with ceiling fan running.

Interesting staying in a home rather than resort. Very spacious clean and quiet. Very new. Large property around house. Nice listening to night creatures
No kettle for us tea drinkers and all crockery and glasses plastic which is a little disappointing. Air conditioning only in lounge and bedroom fans max speed very slow. Would also have been nice to have some snorkling gear.
