Tropical Cabana w/ Deck, Hot Tub & Lush Scenery!

The property is beautiful and much larger than we expected. It was so nice to take a morning walk or just sit on the lanai with a good cup of coffee. I appreciated the security gate and being in a fenced-in property, especially at night when it is super dark.

There is nothing we didn't like, but there are some things to know. One thing is that it is not silent, it is nature quiet and includes rain, frogs, birds, wind, etc. The way the room and bathrooms are arranged is a little cumbersome and a bit inconvenient at times.

Breakfast was Fantastic, even my son said, so, He had to though, because I cooked it.

Only one thing, that did not last long. The creaking noise at night scare the living daylights out of myself and my son. But that soon changed, as I googled it. During the day when its hot, the wood expands, when it goes cool, the wood shrinks, making the creaky noise. so don't worry, Its not haunted....or is it??

This property is hands down one of the best I have stayed at on the Big Island. It’s a true gem that offers a peaceful, comfortable and clean space that feels like home. The outdoor areas are beautiful with natural landscaping, tall, established trees and cheerful sounds of birds. The covered deck offers a hot tub, table and chairs, and a hammock for lounging. Built by a shipbuilder, the house it itself has unique character and efficient design. I truly appreciate the care and thoughtfulness that went into building the home as well as how responsive and helpful Thom is. As the manager of the property, Thom has thought of possibly every detail to make one’s stay there comfortable and convenient. From beach towels to aluminum foil and plastic wrap, we had everything we needed there which saved us from having to drive about 15 minutes to a nearby store to buy things.

There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like about the property.
